In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Diamond Property Solutions. This policy explains what we do with the information you give us when you visit our website, request a quote, call us or send us a message.

04Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your quote, your appointment or your cleaning. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
We do not share your mobile number or your consent to receive text messages with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the information sharing described in this policy.
07Forms on Facebook and Instagram
Some of our request forms are provided by Meta. Meta also processes the information you submit there under its own privacy policy, which you can read at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
08How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to answer your request, provide our services and keep our business records. When we no longer need it, we delete it.

You can ask us at any time to show you the information we have about you, to correct it or to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. We will take care of your request within a reasonable time.
